The brief.

Dharmish had the playbook — a decade of operating insights across two exits — but no consistent voice online. His LinkedIn was sporadic; his website was a placeholder. Every founder he met asked for his writing; he didn't have anywhere to point them.

What we did.

We built a personal brand system around a single editorial voice: 'operator notes.' Identity, site, weekly LinkedIn cadence, fortnightly long-form essay, monthly podcast. Every piece engineered to be screenshotted, quoted, and forwarded.
