The brief.

ExpansionSoft had product-market fit in India and three lighthouse customers in the US — but a brand that looked like a 2018 enterprise tool. Sales kept stalling at procurement because the company didn't look the part. They needed a brand that closed the credibility gap before the demo started.

Eight weeks. Re-positioned around 'the expansion operating system,' rebuilt the visual identity, shipped a new site, layered in AI-powered lead-nurture sequences, and packaged the whole thing into an investor narrative that became the Series A deck.
